EXRACTION    

Mission: Deliver an aging C54 aircraft to the Air America group in Vietnam and return home.  Team leader and flight engineer Tim Ryan has his hands full with his adventurous youthful aircrew in the town of Olongopo in the Philippines on a layover and maintenance stop. They continue to Vietnam and deliver the aircraft where Tim meets Sean Casey, a forward air controller and a girl that is connected to the remains of Yamashitas gold treasure. Tim returns home, finds he has lost his civilian job, is recruited by Air America and CIA and returns to Laos. Unintentionally involved in a covert operation by the rebel general of the area, he gets captured by rebels and escapes to survival in the jungle. When he loses his job with Air America because they believe he was smuggling gold, He returns home, finds a job and then runs into a veteran pal that thinks they should return to Laos for the rest of the gold. The way he and his four veteran buddies devise a plan and the way they execute same makes for reading like modern day Terry and the pirates.

INTERDICTION

All at once, their different worlds suddenly collide when terrorists plan to poison the Guadalupe River in Texas just prior to a large gathering at the river rafting on a July weekend.

Follow this heart-thumping story of the parallel lives of these two young men growing up in today’s global culture and witness how their lives are forever changed by the threat of terrorism in INTERDICTION

They gather at the ranch in Texas and devise a plan for the arrival of this much despised evil one and the murderer of their loved Ones that perished in the bombing in the sky over Lockerbie Scotland on December, 1988. The Hunt Club series is a collection of short stories about these men and their adventures  .

Two pilots that are scheduled to fly a typical flight schedule find themselves in a very scary predicament in a rush. This is a short story, not unlike flash fiction where the ending is never what you want it to be or think that it will be.

        DEFICIT?? WE DON'T HAVE NO STINKIN DEFICIT! 

  How close did the USA REALLY come to default? Was there REALLY a shortage of cash and available bucks to pay the most critical of expenses? would the military get paid? Social Security and the most elderly as well as the veterans and retired? The author examines the books and makes a few facts known that were researched from the treasury. Using the expense and revenue from 2010 report, we review some of the interesting expenses that the government paid in that year.

  FLYING SPACE AVAILABLE ON MILITARY AIRCRAFT

This one is for the retired veterans that want to travel with the active duty air cargo carriers such as AMC and USN transport squadrons. It started basically as an exercise to test some images to upload and some format designs. The subject became how to sign up, who qualifies and where to go and what to do when you get there. It is a free publication only on Smashwords. Smashwords required you sign on with them but that is free and no credit card involved.

  The latest in the series with "DJ" Jacobs of the Homeland Security Agency, TERRORIST NUMBER TWO is scheduled for release March 15,2012. In this series, they go after "the one that got  away"......Haydar. Haydar has made his way to Austin Texas where he has contacted members of a sleeper cell and they begin to plan another event. Meanwhile, DJ, now an Army Captain is on his way to Israel to receive that Nations highest honor The Medal Of Valor  for capturing Raj Al-Kaev, the number one wanted terrorist by Israel.

This is number three in the "DJ" Jacobs series and will be released March, 2012. Homeland Security decides to use an increased presence of Drone surveillance on the borders of the US and go looking for hardware. What they find is a new super intelligent UAV ( Unmanned Arial Vehicle) that is under development by a major US manufacturer and is about to be tested in Nevada. Capt DJ Jacobs and his friend Abdul are assigned to look into what the design capabilities of the new bird really are. What they find is a super brain with 6 Brontobytes of memory and a unbelievable microprocessor that can think, act and do its own maintenance as well as air to air refueling. The only thing that all the engineers as well as DJ and Abdul didn't expect was, the UAV design name WIZARD would take on its own personality and not only insist that he be called "Hal" after his distant cousin that stared in Space Odyssey 2001 but be able to select the drug cartel villains that should be taken out in Hal's opinion.
